Legacy Health Link was founded by Mary Philip and Archana Philip-Joseph, a mother daughter team of registered nurses with one mission: to connect exceptional global nursing talent to healthcare organizations in the United States through a process that is structured, ethical, and deeply personal.

Mary began her career as a nurse in the Indian Armed Forces, then migrated to the U.S. in the late 1980s when she was sponsored by a U.S. hospital. Her journey from an international nurse to a respected Nurse Educator and healthcare leader is a testament to what is possible when opportunity meets dedication. Over the years, she earned both a bachelor’s in nursing and master’s in nursing education, educated and mentored countless nurses, and played a pivotal role in nursing informatics across multiple healthcare facilities.

With decades of experience in healthcare and international recruitment, Mary has helped nurses navigate licensing, immigration, and placement – always prioritizing integrity and the well-being of both candidates and employers. Inspired by her mother’s work, Archana built her own career in healthcare, earning a master’s in nursing administration and an MBA in Healthcare. Having seen firsthand the life-changing impact of international nurse placements, she is committed to continuing and expanding her family’s 20+ year legacy of helping nurses achieve their dreams abroad.

Together, they launched Legacy Health Link to ensure healthcare facilities gain access to exceptional nursing talent while nurses receive the support, advocacy, and guidance they deserve every step of the way.
